The ninth round of the mentoring programme ‘Frauen in Kultur und Medien’ (Women in Culture and the Media) supports 26 women on their way towards greater responsibility and visibility. Yet supporting individuals does not automatically change the rules by which cultural institutions recruit, pay and make decisions.
